Troubleshooting Common Problems

Your Aussie EzySpray™ may need to be re-pressurized. If the pressure is below 1 bar (the blue zone on our pressure gauge). Check below for how to repressureize.
Your sprayer need to have less pressure, use a standard bike pump to remove a little pressure.
Check the pressure gauge to ensure water is in the tank
Check the hose connecting the tank and the wand for kinks and blockages
Check the wand for blockages, make sure the spray head is “clicked in” to the desired position
-
A number of factors can de-pressurize your tank. It should be able to hold a minimum pressure of 1 bar for an extended period of time. Use these steps to re-pressurize your Aussie EzySpray™.
Locate Schrader (bike) value on the opposite side of the tank from the pressure gauge
Unscrew the lid off the valve
Attach a standard bike pump
Pump air in until the gauge reads at least 1 bar
-
This is perfectly normal and means the tank is full of water. Turn off your tap and disconnect your garden hose.
-
The hose included with your Aussie EzySpray™ is designed for the best seal possible, which may be difficult to screw on during initial assembly.
For the easiest assembly, screw the hose onto the tank outlet before screwing onto the spray wand.
-
It may be due to a low-pressure water source– try filling the tank elsewhere with higher water pressure.
-
No, the Aussie EzySpray™ can still be used when not entirely full.
-
Point your spray wand anywhere you don’t mind the excess fluid flowing.
Hold the trigger and let the contents spray until the tank is empty.

Pro Tip: The chemical concentrate reservoir roughly holds 4 oz… If you need 7 oz. of concentrate, you can simply add the first 4 oz. by inserting the plunger, removing the plunger and adding the remainder 3 oz. the second time.
-
No, once the tank is full you will need to disconnect from the garden hose. If not, the excess water will come out of the pressure release valve.
-
This is happening because you are inserting the plunger too slowly. Just like anything mechanical it takes a couple of tries to get a feel for how the sprayer works.
We recommend putting water in the chemical reservoir the first time you insert the plunger so you can get a fill for the right speed/force needed.
If the plunger is inserted slowly it will come out the garden hose connector, and if the plunger is inserted too quickly it will be forced out the top of the reservoir.

Your sprayer could be leaking at any connection point. Please check the following to assist:
If the coil hose connectors are leaking it’s because they are not tightened properly. This could mean it is tightened too much and it’s gone past the threads or it’s not tightened enough. Please adjust the connection.
If the L bracket that connects the hose to the tank is leaking this is probably your first or second time using it. This should fix itself after the first use or two.
If the trigger handle is leaking, this is due to a fault piece. Please file a warranty claim.
Any other leaks could be do to slight imperfections during the manufacturing process. If the leaks persist and you have tried adjusting each connection, please file a warranty claim.
